Glerups accessibility statement

Last updated: 2nd October 2026

Glerups Inc. wants everyone to have equal
access to our online store. An independent assessment has made us aware of
accessibility barriers in our online store. These barriers can make parts of
the shopping experience difficult or prevent customers from completing a
purchase independently. Our website development and maintenance team is working
on the necessary accessibility improvements.

Contact Glerups at glerups@glerups.dk or +45 98 66 65 15 if you need help finding a product, understanding product or size information, or continuing a purchase. You can also tell us about an accessibility barrier.

You can report website accessibility
problems by emailing accessibility@glerups.com. The team responsible for developing and maintaining our website reads these messages and follows up on accessibility issues.

Please tell us:

· Which page you used.
· What you were trying to do.
· What assistance or format you need.

You do not need to disclose your
disability. Details about your browser, device, or assistive technology are
optional. Do not send payment card details by email.

How we are improving accessibility

· The independent assessment documented and prioritized barriers and proposed fixes. Our website development and maintenance team follows up on issues and fixes so
more customers can find, choose, and buy products independently.

· We have planned usability
testing with people with disabilities to understand the shopping experience and use their feedback to prioritize improvements.

· We have also planned follow-up work with an independent external accessibility expert to check fixes and
advise on further improvements.

Expected timeframe and next update

We expect to complete Update:
- Megamenu with more accessibility buttons for screen readers.

- The possibility to pause and play slideshow
carousels and videos

-Updates to mini cart with correct screen reader nnotifications

during the next 2 months.

Our accessibility
work will continue beyond this phase.
We update this statement when improvements have been completed and checked, or when significant changes occur.
The timeline may be adjusted based on test results and our vendors' work. If it
changes, we will publish the revised expectation here. Our next progress update is planned for 1st November 2026

Known limitations and help while shopping

Barriers can vary by page, device, browser, and assistive technology.

Navigation and finding products

· Some menus
and panels are difficult to use with a keyboard.

· Search
suggestions, filters, and sorting changes are not always clearly communicated
to screen readers.

· Sorting
options cannot reliably be selected using a keyboard alone.

If you cannot find a product, you can ask our customer service for help
locating it and getting the information you need.

Product choices and size information

· Some product choices have unclear names or do not identify sold-out options to assistive technology.

· Size
charts can be difficult to interpret with a screen reader.

· Some images lack unique descriptions, image enlargement is not reliably available by keyboard or screen reader, and some moving content cannot be paused.

You can ask customer service to help you with explaining sizes,
measurements, or product details in a format you can use before choosing a
product.

Cart and checkout

· Some quantity fields do not clearly identify the product, and cart updates may not be announced to screen readers.

· Some text
and buttons have low contrast, and some buttons and fields have small touch targets.

If you are unsure about the contents of your cart or cannot continue, contact customer service for help with your purchase. Do not email payment card
details.

Third party features

Features for cookies, email signup, search, filters, customer reviews, and checkout also have accessibility barriers. These features are provided by third-party vendors and are part of our work to improve the store experience.

We are working with the relevant
vendors to address these barriers and follow up on their fixes.

If a feature prevents you from continuing, you can contact us for help with the task you were trying to complete.

Assessment and scope

The main review was completed on August 31,
2026. It covered nine representative pages and steps, including navigation,
product selection, the size guide, cart, and the checkout process. Methods
included visual review, keyboard use, code inspection, screen reader software
(JAWS and VoiceOver), browser accessibility information, and automated checks.
Desktop and narrow mobile layouts were reviewed.

The assessment used WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a
technical benchmark. We are not claiming full or partial WCAG conformance.

The review did not cover every page,
product, browser, device, or assistive technology. This statement applies only
to glerups.com and its United States service.
